SPINACH
Turkey is planted in the autumn. The product will be removed within two to three months. Good products can be obtained in sandy-clay and fertile soils. There are two types of barbed and spiky seedless.
Barbed spinach: The seeds are angular and prickly, the leaves are slitters, and the tips are like spears. Winter resistant, delicious.
Unsweetened spinach: The seeds are smooth, round, the leaves are wide, and the slippery is subtle. This is the most cultivated variety.
It has vitamins A, B, C, D in it. Protein is also rich. More vegetables, cooked or eaten as a salad. Vitamin C and iron are rich winter vegetables.
