BLACK RADISH

Yellow-flowered, cultivated annual plants. Many varieties are grown for roots or seeds. Salad is an edible vegetable. The edible part of the pit is the pile roots.

The roots are in fist size, with blackish crust on it, white inside. Contains mustard essence and C vitamins. Roots are eaten as a salad. It has appetizing, urine and bile-removing effects.
