ARUGULA

One or two year old herbaceous plants. Leaves are collective, with toothed edges and feathers. It is produced from root and seed. It grows in plenty of wetlands.

The amount of vitamin C is quite high, about 100 mg fresh straw is about 150 mg. Rocka leaves are mostly used as salads in autumn and winter. It has an appetizer, stimulant, empowering and cough-cutter. Seeds have the same effects.
